Ron is a founding partner of Mills and DeFilippis. His experience and extensive knowledge in finance, business formation, acquisitions and litigation support, all foster an understanding of the needs of new and growing businesses. Together with Tom Mills, Ron established the firm which bears their names in 1978.

A 1973 graduate of Siena College with a BBA in Accounting, Ron went on to earn an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business in 1977. He became a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey in 1977, in the State of New York in 1978 and in the State of Florida in 2004. In 1998, Ron was licensed as a Personal Financial Specialist by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2004 Ron was licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Agent in New Jersey. In 2009, Ron was certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Active in the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Ron is a past Chairman of the Political Action Committee and past Trustee of that committee. Additionally, Ron is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ron served as a Treasurer of the Assembly Republican Majority, the committee that funds Republican candidates for the New Jersey Assembly from 1989 to 1995. Ron is also a member of the Morris County and Roxbury Chambers of Commerce. In May of 2010, Governor Chris Christie nominated Ron to be a Commissioner of the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission. He was approved by the Senate in June 2010 and in October of 2010 the Governor appointed him Chairman of the Commission.

Ron and his wife Patti have two sons, Attorney Christopher DeFilippis and Attorney Kevin DeFilippis. Ron and Patti reside in Succasunna, NJ.

Margaret joined the firm of Mills and DeFilippis in 1980 and became a partner in 1988. As head of the Tax Department, she continues to use her extensive knowledge in the field of tax accounting to serve the firm and its clients, keeping Mills and DeFilippis on the leading edge of tax preparation and planning. Margaret specializes in Trust and Estate taxes. Through the years, she has been recognized for her devotion to her clients and her ability to provide compassionate support and guidance to executors and families throughout the administration of the estate.

A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University, Margaret received her BS in accounting in 1982. She became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey in 1984. Margaret is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. She has also been a member of the NJ Association of Women Business Owners, the Women’s Business Exchange, Rainmakers Business Network International and the Adoptive Mother’s Club.

Margaret is active with the Appalachia Service Project, devoting part of her summer to making homes warmer, safer and drier. Margaret has served the capital campaign committee and the finance committee for Morris Catholic High School, where she is an alumnus and past parent. Margaret is an avid golfer and enjoys coaching and playing women's volleyball. Margaret and her husband Martin, live in Lake Intervale, Boonton with their three children Amy, Katrina and Patrick.

Glenn joined the firm in 1984. His extensive experience in Corporate Audit as well as Corporate and Individual Taxation bring tremendous value to many of the firm's clients. In addition, Glenn has leveraged to computer hardware and programming skills to streamline firm operations. A graduate of Seton Hall University, the W. Paul Stillman School of Business, Glenn earned a BS degree in Accounting in 1984 and is a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey.

Glenn is a member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Roxbury Chamber of Commerce. Glenn and his wife Donna live with their two sons Ryan and Bradley in Roxbury Township where Glenn is a communicant at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. In his spare time, Glenn coaches baseball and basketball.

Stuart joined the firm in 1987. His extensive knowledge in Corporate Audit and Tax has made him an invaluable member of the firm. Stuart heads the Audit Department at Mills and DeFilippis where he supervises audits from Florida to Quebec. A graduate of Seton Hall University, Stuart earned a BS degree in Accounting in 1986. He became a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey in 1991. Stuart is an active member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Stuart is married and lives in Hamburg New Jersey with his wife Irina and their two daughters Olga and Alyssa. Stuart and his wife Irina are actively involved with their daughters' schools and social organizations.

Meredith received her BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004, and went on to earn her Masters in Accountancy from Seton Hall University in 2005. She started her career at KPMG in Short Hills, New Jersey where she spent time working in both the audit and tax departments. Meredith is also experienced at preparing U.S. expatriate and foreign national tax returns.

Meredith joined Mills and DeFilippis in 2009 where she continues to work in a wide variety of areas in both audit and taxation. Meredith is a CPA, licensed in the State of New Jersey, and is an active member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Meredith and her husband, Jetur live in Stanhope, New Jersey.
